Through songs, games, and finger plays the children learn to control their muscles and move their bodies more easily.

Refreshments:
Table prayers are taught each month. The children take turns pouring juice and passing napkins and crackers. Light refreshments will be served each day. Children may bring special treats in observance of their birthdays. Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. If you wish to observe a summer birthday during the school year, we will be happy to make those arrangements as well.

Projects:
Every day each child has an opportunity to make something to share at home. The projects are graded to introduce new tools and new skills gradually. Creativity and following directions are introduced along with physical skills involved in cutting, pasting, drawing, coloring, and manipulation of a variety of materials.

Free Play:
About half way through the preschool day, the children have time to choose their activities and play individually or in groups.

Show and Tell:
The children may bring special things from home to share with the class.
